The supplier have included some excellent touches and this means good value. You can believe this review, i hope you can try to buy this product if you want know this product. I was hoping they were still MADE in the USA, but a call to La-Z-Boy did get me a USA guy I could understand who informed me he was sorry, but, no luck. Made in China. He answered all my questions and told me to call back if I had any problems. I was impressed! No recordings, no accent, just dial & when you get through, (there CAN be a wait) a live voice is on the other end.
We love the chairs AND table. The chairs are VERY comfortable (we don't use the pillows)and the tabletop is bigger & prettier than what it shows in the pictures. They also do a great job with the rattan. Looks like this stuff was pretty labor intensive & is done better than you would expect. Great product at a great price.
There is a little bit of assembling but it's an easy task. The only thing I would change would be to install a teflon washer where the chair swivel rests on the base. I intend to check at the local hardware to see what I can come up with. It SHOULD make a difference (smoother movement)& I'm going to try it.
